Principales responsabilités

  • Analyser les coûts des produits/services de l’entreprise et surveiller les écarts des résultats par rapport aux prévisions.
  • Assurer et améliorer le suivi de la gestion des stocks et autres biens, incluant la participation aux inventaires physiques en coordination avec les responsables des sites et unités.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des systèmes d’information de gestion, en proposant des perfectionnements, en formalisant et en validant les règles de gestion et les indicateurs de performance. 
  • Contribuer à la rédaction et à la validation des procédures qualité, en collaboration avec les responsables qualité, pour assurer la conformité des opérations avec les normes établies.
  • Travailler avec les départements comptables et opérationnels pour optimiser les flux de travail et les contrôles internes, et proposer des améliorations ou des réorientations des processus opérationnels.
  • Renforcer le modèle de gestion de projets en intégrant des pratiques et des outils spécifiques au secteur EPC, avec une focalisation particulière sur l’optimisation de la performance opérationnelle, la gestion des actifs, la maintenance et la gestion des ressources humaines
  • Exercer le contrôle budgétaire périodique, collecter et synthétiser les données budgétaires des différentes activités, analyser et anticiper les écarts budgétaires, et suivre leur évolution.
  • Assurer la communication périodique et la présentation de l’information opérationnelle et de gestion, et produire des rapports détaillés d’activités et des tableaux de bord des résultats.
 


Compétences requises

  • Formation en gestion, finance, ingénierie, ou domaine connexe.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion (ERP, tableurs, etc.).
  • Bon niveau linguistique : Anglais et Français
  • Bonnes aptitudes à la communication et au travail en équipe.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse et à s’adapter rapidement à un environnement dynamique.
 


Experience

  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans le secteur EPC ou maritime.
  • Expérience dans des projets de gestion des stocks, des actifs et dans la mise en place d’un ERP.

Offshore-Store Keeper


Mission

 

He must guarantee the appropriate reception, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and assets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in work site activities and maintain stock up to date on CMMS.


Responsibilities

 
  • The receipt, storing and issuing of spare parts and consumables.
  • Maintain all material records and files.
  • Assist the heads of departments with the requisitioning of equipment, spare parts and consumables.
  • Organize the receipt of material and carry out and/or arrange for receiving inspection ensuring full conformity between material ordered and that which are supplied.
  • Maintain all paperwork in an orderly and timely manner, including ‘Bon d’entrée’ and ‘Bon de sortie’ and follow up of ‘OT’.
  • Ensure that all spare parts, spare equipment and consumables are at all times correctly stored, marked and properly maintained.
  • Organize and lead end of year stock inventories and ensure its conformity with accounting stock.
  • Coordinate with Procurement engineer and ensure all relevant technical details of all purchase requests are sent and communicated in a timely manner
  • Report any non-conformance in respect of the material supplied in accordance with SAROST Procedures.
  • Coordinate with chief cook to maintain food stock and cleaning products stock and order in due time
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness within his area of responsibility.
  • Participate in safety meetings and safety drills held onboard.
  • Muster checker in drills, must ensure strict knowledge of all crew members,
  • Be a key contributor of his own career development and progress along with assistance to the career learning and development progress of any junior employee


Requirements

 
  • Educational level: Bachelor’s degree
  • Diploma/qualification/degree : Vocational training or senior techniciam as a minimum
  • Professional experience: 5 years experience as a Storekeeper
  • Specific training : Medical Fitness, Offshore survival certificate (BOSIET/HUET), H2S, Medical first aid.

SAROST is looking for a talented and dedicated MARINE TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT to oversee our offshore tug/supply operations.
This role is ideal for marine professionals passionate about operational excellence, safety, and
technical reliability.

  • Location: TUNIS / SFAX
  • Contract Type: Full-time


Responsibilities

 

  • Provides technical support to vessel(s) under his charge and motivates ships’ personnel for
    continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that the maintenance is permanently carried out as per the planned maintenance system and
    permanently follows up the condition of hull, machinery and onboard equipment. Inspects
    vessel(s) on a regular basis and reports.
  • Ensures overall compliance with Class and Flag requirements and coordinates for onboard surveys.
    Ensures that all recommendations issued by Class, Flag, ISM, PSC, P&I, and interested parties
    are dealt with in time.
  • Monitors the Purchase and Work Orders. Follows logistic process and conformance of deliveries.
  • Defines the specifications of dry-docking and required spare parts, in coordination with
    Masters, Chief Engineers, and Technical Manager. Supervises work achievement and budgetary
    compliance.
  • Coordinates closely with concerned parties to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of
    vessel(s).

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marine Engineering or similar.
  • Chief Engineer or Superintendent Experience.
