Mission
He must guarantee the appropriate reception, storage, preservation and distribution of consumable materials and assets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in work site activities and maintain stock up to date on CMMS.

Responsibilities
Provides technical support to vessel(s) under his charge and motivates ships’ personnel for continuous improvement.
Ensure that the maintenance is permanently carried out as per the planned maintenance system and permanently follows up the condition of hull, machinery and onboard equipment. Inspects vessel(s) on a regular basis and reports.
Ensures overall compliance with Class and Flag requirements and coordinates for onboard surveys. Ensures that all recommendations issued by Class, Flag, ISM, PSC, P&I, and interested parties are dealt with in time.
Monitors the Purchase and Work Orders. Follows logistic process and conformance of deliveries.
